HORNET ADV SHOEI HELMET NAVIGATE
Outer shell with AIM+ technology; Organic fiberglass, multi-composite of fibers and high-performance organic fibers in several layers to form a shell with great shock absorption and optimal rigidity.
Inner shell in EPS of various densities for optimal shock absorption. EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System): E.Q.R.S. (Emergency Quick Release System) for safe removal in the event of an accident.
Double D ring closure system.
Comfort 4 outer shell sizes for a perfect fit and compact dimensions (1 XXS-S), (2 M), (3 L,) and (4 XL-XXL).
3D interior padding, fully removable and washable. The 3D offers a more comfortable fit and a firm hold while riding without increasing thickness or pressure. Removable ear pads: To reduce the noise that can be generated by the large cavity when installing the intercom system, the Hornet ADV is equipped with ear pads, which can be placed in the recess, if no intercom is installed. Ankle strap included.
The upper air intake works as an intake duct. A large amount of air is forced into the helmet and ensures incredible air renewal to keep you cool and dry. The air inlet can be closed. The air coming through the lower vent is directed in two directions.
One part supplies fresh air to your face, the other part is directed through the inside of the screen to attenuate fogging and keep your vision clear. The air inlet can be easily closed with gloves. The two upper air vents at the rear of the helmet guide the breathed air from inside the helmet outwards. They are specially designed not to cause turbulence or noise.
The visor of the Hornet ADV, the V-460, is specially designed with aerodynamic performance in mind.
The visor holes and the large opening between the shell and the visor provide a large space for airflow to pass through, significantly improving performance during high-speed riding.
The spoiler at the rear of the helmet provides a certain profile, where turbulence is separated from the shell, which results in a much more stable ride.
