The SRL3 is designed to be inserted into the interior spaces of the SHOEI Neotec 3, SHOEI GT-Air 3 helmets. Once installed, the SRL3 unit is virtually invisible from the outside of the helmet. The SRL3 motorcycle intercom speakers and microphone have been manufactured in collaboration with the audio experts at Harman Kardon to provide first-class sound inside your motorcycle helmet SHOEI. Expertly designed speakers and an all-new microphone deliver an unprecedented audio experience. The audio transmitted by the speakers is clear and crisp; and the microphone, with a specially developed sensor, guarantees unrivalled performance. Depending on the helmet model, the user can choose between using the boom microphone (Neotec 3) or cable microphone (GT-Air 3).
BLUETOOTH/MESH INTERCOM
SRL3 offers two types of communication protocols; Mesh Intercom and the traditional 4-way Bluetooth, allowing connection with any device Sena.
In addition, the Mesh Intercom communication protocol has two modes: Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom (Open Mesh) and Group Mesh Intercom.
Open Mesh is the industry's first Intercom Mesh channel system. Like Walkie Talkie systems, Open Mesh allows users to switch from one channel to another. With Open Mesh, riders only have to press a button to connect to the Mesh Intercom network, supporting a virtually unlimited number of participants within a coverage range of up to 8 km (Minimum 6 users, 1.6 km between each one).
Group Mesh supports a single private group of up to 24 participants and with the same scope as Open Mesh, but with the difference that only invited users can join the group. Open Mesh and Group Mesh provide unprecedented audio quality and highly stable connectivity.
VOICE COMMANDS
With voice commands it is possible to control the functions of the SRL3 intercom, for example answering the phone or starting a Group Mesh session. SRL3 supports voice commands in eight languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and Russian.
Running out of gas? OK Google, directions to the nearest gas station." SRL3 can interact with Google's voice assistant and Siri in Apple's case, with a simple voice command, so you can take advantage of your smartphone's features, such as GPS navigation, music playback, voice dialing, and other options.
APP SENA MOTORCYCLES
The Sena Motorcycles app gives users a forma to visually configure their intercom settings. Download the app to customize various settings and features, including the ability to manage channel settings for Remote forma Open Mesh or set up a private group in Group Mesh. The Sena Motorcycles app can be downloaded for free forma through the App Store and Google Play.
