The shell of the SHOEI X-SPR Pro helmet has been manufactured using AIM+ technology, which offers high rigidity and a very light weight.
The shell structure is composed of various layers of fiberglass, organic fibers and special high-performance fibers with an ability to distribute impact energy with optimal rigidity.
The new X-SPR Pro has a dual-density EPS for shock absorption. When an impact occurs, it is absorbed in a progressive and effective forma in balance with the stiffness of the shell.
The EPS incorporates a series of ducts to allow air to circulate without restriction, improving the ventilation characteristics of the X-SPR Pro.
In addition to improved shock absorption and ventilation, precise placement of the EPS results in a more compact and lightweight helmet design.

Tear-Off foil system
The optical characteristics of the new CWR-F2R have been optimised thanks to its curvature and thickness, further reducing possible distortions and providing clearer and more natural vision, along with 99% protection against UV rays.
The screen is equipped as standard with lugs for the use of Tear-Off films on its outer face with a type of micrometric adjustment, in this forma the Tear-Off films are prevented from de-tensioning.

The new CWR-F2R screen is compatible with the new Pinlock EVO DKS304 anti-fog film, which is included as standard with the helmet.
This sheet has been redesigned and increased in size. By relocating the film mounting pins outside the eye area to improve the lateral field of vision, the majority of the entire field of vision is covered with the Pinlock EVO Anti-fog Film.

The new X-SPR Pro features a dual mechanism for locking the screen, which greatly reduces the risk of screen release in the event of an accident. We have a locking tab in the central area of the chin guard, just above the lower ventilation and along with an additional locking tab in the upper left part of the ventilation. When the visor is closed, the seal is more secure than ever, preventing noise caused by wind and rainwater from entering the interior of the helmet.
